How long does it take to set up my account?

All accounts are setup within 48 hours of processing your payment, and an email is sent to you immediately upon the completion of account setup. If you do not hear from us and cannot access your account, please contact us and we will immediately look into the problem. Please keep in mind that a new domain registration or the transfer of an existing domain can take anywhere from 24 hours to a week.

Can I pay by credit card? Check? Money order?

How do I sign up?

How will I know when my service period expires?

You will receive an invoice via email, 14 days before service expiration. There is no need to reply to the invoice unless you wish to cancel your account or provide some other payment method. Otherwise your account will be automatically billed 2 days before expiration of service period.

Can I have multiple accounts with Host-Host?

Yes. In addition, you can add multiple domains to your own Dedicated Server.
